Happy Granny Square Day to you!

To celebrate, I put together this little layered granny square tower. I took a class about Layered Grannies at the Crochet Guild of America’s conference a few weeks ago. It was a blast. I loved this layering technique using traditional granny squares. In this picture it just looks like the granny squares are laying on top of each other, but they are actually connected at the corners so everything stays together. Yay!
